Paper Cup Machine Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. Share cup geometry, coated-board grade, quantity and destination so we can request factory quotes for a paper cup machine. A catalog cups/min figure is not plant output until blank size, sealing method and leak-check conditions are stated.

If diameters, height, volume and board grades are already frozen, send those values with the trial-cup plan. Factories can then quote matching tooling instead of a generic forming station.
Send requirementsIf single-wall versus double-wall is still open, list both constructions and ask which sleeve-forming and joining equipment sits inside the quote. We will ask manufacturers which route they will quote.
Review sourcing stepsA replacement paper cup machine still needs the buyer’s cup blank and bottom-board specification. Floor space left by an old press does not define sealing temperature, rim roll or leak-test method for the new cup.
Record the sizes currently formed, how blanks arrive (pre-cut fan or in-line punching), and how finished cups leave the station. If the old line had no leak tester, do not assume the new quote includes one.
State whether the purchase is a drop-in replacement of a forming station or a new converting cell with punching, counting and packing still to be scoped.
Forming station, size tooling, bottom insertion, rim rolling, and any in-line leak or counting units named as included or extra.
Crate list, inland and ocean freight, insurance and the Incoterm the factory will actually quote for the US destination.
Installation, utilities hook-up, commissioning hours, spare parts and training that are not in the crate.
Provide top and bottom diameters, height, rim form, volume in oz or cc, and the coated-board specification that will be used in production. Include the most difficult size in the trial instead of accepting a demonstration on an easier standard cup. Official manufacturer pages observed in 2026 distinguish round and non-round output, so cups/min should be compared only against the intended cup design.
