RFQ Checklist
A paper cup machine price is comparable only after sleeve scope, leak inspection, tooling list and auxiliaries are named. This checklist is a decision dossier for questions to resolve before ranking factory responses. It is not an engineering or compliance certificate.

How will rim quality and leakage be checked after forming — in-line tester, sample lab, or both? Connected load (kW), supply frequency (Hz), compressed air demand and footprint (mm or in) should be answered against the US plant, not a showroom layout. |
| Price exclusions | Mark leak testers, counting, stacking, packing, extra dies, installation, training, spare parts, freight and duties as included or extra. A forming-station price without those marks is not an installed project cost. No percentage saving is stated on this site. |
| Response basis | Factories should quote the same trial-cup definition, name FAT/SAT attendance, and state cycle time or cups/min only with board grade, size and reject method. Tooling drawings ownership and changeover method belong in writing. Throughput without test conditions is not a comparable number. |
